Booking and purchase conditions contain limitations and exclusions of liability to any person(s) who books and/or takes any of the holidays and/or travel arrangements on this website. Cancellation and amendment charges are payable if a service is cancelled or amended as per given time-frame. GTE is a business to business (B2B) company and does not serve or deal with end consumers. If you are a consumer - any query pertaining to your booking must be made before the travel agent with whom the booking has been made. GTE is not responsible in any manner and under any circumstances for any loss, damages, fines, penalties, fees, or payments of any kind that you may incurred as a result of booking made with a travel agent. As a B2B company, GTE does not solicit inquiries from end consumers.
GTE’s reservation allows maximum of 5 Rooms to be booked at one time. Any activity which has more than the given limit booked for the "same date of travel & same hotel of stay" combination is handled as per "group terms & conditions". GTE have rights to cancel any confirmed reservation(s) without any prior warning in such cases. You are requested to contact your nearest support office in case of group or reservation with more than 5 rooms requirement.
In case GTE discovers or has reason to believe at any time during or after receiving a request for services that it is either unauthorized or the information provided by you is not correct or that any fact has been misrepresented, GTE in its sole discretion shall have the unrestricted right to take any step against you, including cancellation of the bookings, etc. without prior warning. In such an event, GTE shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage that may be caused to you as a consequence of such cancellation of booking or services.
Although care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the information on this Web Site, GTE assumes no responsibility thereof. Information on this site is posted in good faith and updated regularly, but GTE cannot guarantee its completeness and accuracy. GTE hereby expressly disclaims any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for any particular purpose, non-infringement, or as to the operation of this web site or the content. RATES
The prices offered on GTE website are confidential and may not be disclosed.
Prices quoted are directly generated by the system. The CLIENT shall be invoiced according to current prices at the time of online confirmation of reservation and according to the handling fees, which depend on the destination where the booking is confirmed. Both price and availability of the selected service may be subject to change before confirmation of the booking
Rates quoted on GTE website are net prices including all sales tax (GST, ITBIS, VAT or other similar taxes). Any increase in tax will be directly added to the prices offered, otherwise specified.
Depending on daily availability, prices may be subject to variations for the following reasons:
• Due to foreign currency fluctuations with regard to the exchange rate applied to confirmed reservations. In this case, the exchange fluctuation shall only affect the price when the variation in the rate of exchange exceeds 3%.
• In the event of Trade Fairs, special events or new special conditions of the establishment.
Hotels may offer special walk in rates from time to time according to their occupancy. On this occasion, we will not be entertaining any rate complaints if their published rate goes lower than GTE rates.
Any amendment done on a confirmed booking on a special rate, minimum/long stay promotion may incur rate change.
Mark up, handling fee and commission are not applicable on cancelled bookings with charges.
There maybe additional charge for service booked outside the normal hours, which will be communicated to you prior to service date.
PROMOTIONS
Promotional or discounted offers on this site are provided at the discretion of GTE. All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
MEANS OF PAYMENT
All services must be paid to GTE as per agreed time frame discussed prior to opening an account with GTE, unless an alternative financial arrangement is agreed; The booking request will not be confirmed and the transaction is not considered completed until full payment will be received by GTE. Invoices must be paid in full. No deductions allowed. Any disagreement regarding the invoice must be communicated in detailed form to GTE within 15 days as of issue thereof. Any disagreements communicated subsequently shall not be considered.
In the event that payment for the reservation is not received by the date and method agreed or that there is a failure to fulfil all requirements, GTE may automatically cancel the reservations with no right on your part and/or the final consumer to claim any service provision or amount whatsoever from GTE on account of such an cancellation. GTE shall receive the net price timely, you hereby assume any cost or expenses that may arise for the payment. Therefore, any deficiency in payment arising from bank charges or as a result of currency conversion shall be paid by you.
GTE shall be entitled to claim for and receive payment of any expenses which have been incurred, in addition to full settlement with interest, for any unpaid amount with respect to the services provided except in the case of disputed charges.
NOTICES
All communications and notices made under this Agreement by the Parties must be in writing, at the address established herein, by personal delivery with confirmation of receipt by the other Party, notarial service, burofax, mail or electronic mail, or by any other means, as long as there is at all times evidence of receipt by the addressee.
THIRD PARTIES
Reference in this site to any products, services, processes, trade names, trademarks or other information of third parties does not imply or constitute an endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation to you by GTE. Any links to other sites not operated by GTE are solely for your convenience. GTE is not responsible for any products, services, processes, trade names, trademarks or other information provided by third parties.
This site may contain links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites - this privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this site.
CHILD POLICY
Child/children should always be added on the booking and/or GTE should be informed prior to the service date if there is/are any children coming with the parents. Hotels have different child policies & charges. Failure to do so may result in the guests being charged for the extra child/children not being accommodated. If meals are included on the booking, the property commonly provides meals for children aged 2yrs old and below free of charge, children between 3-12yrs are commonly subject to extra meal charges depending on the hotel policy.
For any transfers booking, if guests will be travelling with babies or infant, it is their full responsibility to ensure that they have the correct baby/infant seat for use in the booked vehicle. Failure to do so could result in the service no taking place with no refund possible.
BOOK OUTS
In situations where hotel is required to close due to reasons such as overbooking, system errors, government taking over the hotel/property for their use and other force majeure, GTE will endeavor to find a suitable alternative accommodation for your guests. GTE will try to offer alternative of the same category and location, whenever possible.
USER’S LIABILITY AND CONDUCT
You must keep secure any means of identification which GTE supplies to you in order to use services on this site. You must supply accurate and not misleading information when using services on this site.
When accessing or making use of any service provided on the GTE ‘s website you warrant that you will not: post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, profane or otherwise objectionable information of any kind, including without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any national or international law; post or transmit any information or software which contains a virus, worm, Trojan horse or other harmful component; restrict or inhibit any other user from using the website; or post, publish, transmit, reproduce, distribute exploit any information, software or other material obtained through the Company's web pages for commercial purposes other than expressly permitted.
You shall be liable for the behavior of the final consumers in the event of abnormal behavior, vandalism or misconduct. In this case, GTE and/or the service supplier reserve the right to automatically cancel final consumer stay or reservations with no right for you or final consumer to any compensation whatsoever.
You (whether or not this Agreement has been terminated) shall at all times save harmless and keep fully indemnified GTE from and against any actions, claims, proceedings, losses, costs, expenses and demands (including costs and expenses in defending such matters and its proper compromise) arising directly or indirectly out of or incidental to or in connection with any breach by or on your behalf or any of its servants, agents or contractors of any of the provisions of this Agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any right of action or claims relating to or arising from the use of a credit card for the purposes of making a booking on the GTE website. Furthermore, you will fully indemnify and hold harmless GTE against all claims, actions or disputed brought against GTE by any credit card holder (“claimant”) relating to or arising from a booking made on the GTW website by you using the Claimant’s credit card
You unequivocally indemnify GTE of any claim or liability and shall not hold GTE responsible for any loss or damage arising out of measures taken by GTE for safeguarding its own interest and that of its genuine customers. This would also include GTE denying/cancelling any bookings on account of suspected fraud transactions
GTE’S LIABILITY
GTE acts as the agent and as an independent intermediary in the contracting of accommodation and other services, and thus shall not be held liable for death, injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, theft, delays or any other irregularity which may arise, whether directly or indirectly, from the supply of services by the hotel or other suppliers and which have been contracted via GTE.
GTE shall use reasonable endeavor to ensure the suppliers accept liability and indemnify from and against any claims of the guests arising from the provision of the services. GTE shall not deal with any claims that have not been presented by the final consumer during the period of stay at the accommodation. GTE shall not be able to negotiate any claim with the supplier that is presented after the date of final consumer departure from the establishment in question, or without proof. Any unsupported complaints will not be entertained.
Without prejudice to any of GTE’s other rights, GTE reserves the right to deny the access to this website and/or cancel the bookings wherever and whenever GTE believes (in GTE’s absolute discretion) you have breached of any of the GTE’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy policy
Any disputes arising shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Your use of the Site will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws United Arab Emirates and any disputes will be decided by the courts of United Arab Emirates
SEVERANCE
If any of these Terms should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these Terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction which that Term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be deemed severed and deleted and the remaining Terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
Global Travel Engine understands and respects the importance of your privacy. We do not collect personal information about you. The only way we will get any kind of personal information is if you give it to us when we specifically ask for it. We ask you for personal information in a variety of circumstances:

We use SSL encryption to ensure the privacy of the information provided to us and at no time are your debit/credit card details transmitted decrypted over the Internet. To further protect the information you share with us we have an exhaustive security system that includes world class firewall technologies; logical network segmentation to allow restricted access to stored profile information and logical and physical security restrictions to our databases and systems. Whilst SSL encryption is used to protect sensitive information online we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All your information is restricted in our offices and only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information.
